Follow these easy steps below to make & enjoy our delicious sgroppino at home:
- mix it with water 1:3 meaning 1 cup of powdermix, 3 cups of water, mix it. Wait a few minutes then mix it again until everything is dissolved and creamy. This is the most important part.
- pour it into a few small cups, cover the top
- put it in the freezer – careful, it is still thin, don’t spoil it
- the next day: take it out 1 hour before use, steer it a little and ENJOY!
Depending on the temperature of the freezer, the frozen product gets softer and smooth slowly and ready to eat within 1 hour approximately.
Tip: when you pour it into a modern thermos with a closed cover, it will last for hours during the day and you can take it with you on your trip to the beach or swimmingpool.
