The ice coffee from Yoooki comes directly from Italy. When we first taste the Italian Ice Coffee, in Italy known as Crema Caffe, we were amazed by the rich flavor and the only thing we could say was: wow!! Super creamy and it feels like a desert with the tastes of coffee and real chocolate. Then we looked at each other and said: we want to sell this in The Netherlands! And so we did.
It works for professional slushmachines perfectly, just mix it with water only, no milk needed. Besides using it professionally this mix is also ready for HOME USE:
Follow these easy steps below to make & enjoy our delicious ice coffee at home:
- mix it with water 1:2 meaning 1 cup of powdermix, 2 cups of water, mix it. Wait a few minutes then mix it again until everything is dissolved and creamy. This is the most important part.
- pour it into a few small cups, cover the top
- put it in the freezer – careful, it is still thin, don’t spoil it
- the next day: take it out 1 hour before use, steer it a little and ENJOY!
Depending on the temperature of the freezer, the frozen product gets smooth and ready to eat within 1 hour.
Tip: when you pour it into a modern thermos with a closed cover, it will last for hours during the day and you can take it with you on your trip to the beach or swimmingpool.
